Happy Halloween

Hello crafty friends! Today I would like to show you the card I made for Reverse Confetti's sketch challenge. I just love when I can use their Happy die. This time I used it with the Whole Lotta Happy stamp set and card from the fright night stack. I also added a little sparkle to the ghost using clear Wink of Stella.

Confetti Birthday

Happy Autumn crafty friends! Today I made another card for the Reverse Confetti sketch challenge. I just had to use some of the new release products I bought. I just love the new Wonky Stripe Panel die and Every Little Bit pad. The different geometric patterns are so fun to play with:-)

Back To School

Today was back to school here in Wisconsin. To thank my 7 year olds teacher for all of the patience she will have to have this year, I made her a card to go along with the doughnut my son picked out. I used the new September sketch from Reverse Confetti.

All of the darling stamps and dies are from Reverse Confetti. The punch for the notebook page is from Stampin' Up.

A Mojo Monday Hello

While things are a little more quiet at my house, I was able to get a card done for this week's Mojo Monday Challenge.  I used dies from Reverse Confetti and patterned card stock from My Minds Eye Sunny stack.

Hello

Wow! Can't believe I haven't posted here since February! Well, here we are in April with another Reverse Confetti sketch challenge. It was a nice quiet day so I sat down and did a little creating. I made several cards for this challenge, but this is the only one I'll share with you. I wasn't so pleased with the others. I may alter them a bit in the future, but for now I'll submit this one:-)

I used card from Echo Park's "a walk in the Park". The dies were all from Reverse Confetti- Butterfly Dreams; Flowers for Mom; Hello; Sun n Clouds.

Here is their sketch if you would like to play along at Reverse Confetti.

Freshly Made Sketch #174

As I do every beginning of the year, I promise myself to use what I have and not to buy anything until I've depleted at least half of my stash.  So, here is a card using leftover patterned paper and stamps from a card kit I bought at  Catchy Crafts in Hornsby, Australia last year. I'm not sure the stack the paper came from, but the stamp set is from Hot Off The Press. I made this card for this week's Freshly Made Sketch Challenge.

Another sketch challenge

I was able to disappear to my craft room for a short time today in order to make a quick challenge card. This one is for another fun sketch challenge I found at Pals Paper Arts.

I used one of my favorite stamps from Iron Gate Stamps Snowflake set along with some patterned card stock from Fancy Pants Winterland. I embossed the brown card stock with the Darice Snowflake folder. AND I used some Crystal Stickles!! I know you are so surprised;-)

Snowflakes

So glad you stopped by today! I want to share another card I made using my friend's new Snowflake and stamp set and the Knitting background stamp. I used the sketch from Mojo Monday to create this seasonal card. I embossed half of the cream background with the Cuttlebug Snowflake folder before I adhered some Authentique DCS and a strip of the stamped Knitting stamp. The diecut snowflakes are from Stampin' Up and  EK Success. The stamped snowflakes are from Iron Gate Stamps Snowflake set. Oh yes, a little bit of Xmas Red Stickles;-)

Winter Thank You

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. In fact, "Thank Yous" are what most of the challenges are today. I incorporated Sweet Sketch Wed sketch to make this 5.5 square Thank You card. I layered coordinating patterned cardstock from a Christmas scrapbook package I purchased last year. The center green card is a punched tag that I stamped and heat embossed a beautiful snowflake from Iron Gate Stamps. The ribbon is hand dyed and can be purchased through my Etsy store.

New Stamp Company

I am so excited to be using my friend's new stamp line! Her launch date is November 1st but she gave me the thumbs up to go ahead and start using them:-) I have been playing with her three new sets and backgrounds for awhile and am so ready to start showing them off! I used one of her birds for this weeks Authentique's sketch challenge.

Her Birdhouse set works perfectly with Authentique's Lively card stock stack. I stamped the image with Ranger Sepia Archival Ink and water colored the bird with water color crayons. The leaf die cut is from Stampin' Up as well as the button die. If you are interested in viewing or even purchasing these brand new photopolymer stamp sets, please visit Mary at Iron Gate Stamps or her blog at Mary-Just Cut The Paper.
