We have lost two of my husbands brothers this year, both to cancer and it is so heartbreaking. The one who lived close to us was such a big part of our lives. We miss him so much. It is so sad to face this Christmas without his smile and love let alone visits to his home. But beating yourself up over 'would have, could have, should haves' will drive you crazy. A support group in your area might be helpful in showing you how you can come to terms with your family's loss. I know there is a group in our town and it has helped some people so much.
